Every tool here runs in your browser and we keep no accounts, so there is no support login to chase. Email is the fastest way to reach a person.

Bugs, ideas and general questions

Found a tool that misbehaves, or want one that does not exist yet? Write to [email protected]. Bug reports are genuinely welcome: tell us the tool, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen. Most of the fixes shipped here started as an email like that.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with how a tool works, what it does with your files, and problems using the site.

We cannot recover anything you created here. That is the deliberate trade-off behind the tools: temporary inboxes expire, self-destructing notes are gone once read, and file transfers, document scans and image edits happen entirely on your own device and are never stored on a server. If something has expired or been closed, there is no copy for us to retrieve.
